The AI Workforce Consortium, which was spearheaded by Cisco and where Katsoudas plays a leading role, has committed to upskilling 95 million workers globally. She also has worked on technology skills initiatives across 190-plus countries through the Cisco Networking Academy, which has trained over 28 million people during the past three decades. In the U.S., Katsoudas recently partnered with the White House to train one million people.
She leads Cisco's Country Digital Acceleration, which runs over 1,600 digital transformation projects across the globe in 50-plus countries.Â
