Patrick launched an ambitious capital investment project in the company's history in early 2025, a multi-year plan to revamp over 600 stores across North America, with approximately 36% of the retail footprint transformed by the end of last year.
The redesign strategy features new makeup stations, updated fragrance sections and faster ways to pay, all designed to boost sales.
Patrick, whose family fled Iran during the late 1970s revolution, has 20 years of experience at the LVMH-owned company and oversees all growth strategies for the omnichannel beauty retail leader. In 2025, she also extended its partnership with Kohl's, rolling out an additional 100 shop-in-shop locations last spring across 39 states, reaching all of Kohl's locations nationally.
