Company: ServiceNow
Title: President and Chief Financial Officer
Industry: Technology
Standout achievement in 2025: Drove ServiceNow's enterprise software growth, steering the company's expansion into AI and lifting its market value.
Mastantuono stepped into a combined role leading both finance and global strategy when she assumed the position of president in 2025, one of the few women to hold both roles at a Fortune 500 tech company. ServiceNow revenue has nearly quadrupled during her time with the company, with the most recent fiscal year revenue near $13.3 billion, up from around $3.5 billion when she joined as CFO in January 2020. The company, which entered the S&P 100 in 2025, is on track to surpass $15 billion in revenue.
Mastantuono led the financing for what at the time was the largest acquisition in the company's history, the roughly $3 billion deal for enterprise AI firm Moveworks announced in early 2025, and then followed that up with an even larger deal at the end of the year, when she led acquisition strategy and financing for ServiceNow's $7.75 billion acquisition of cybersecurity company Armis, which is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
Mastantuono is also leading AI initiatives within ServiceNow that have resulted in $355 million in annual productivity gains and $100 million in projected cost savings.
