Zach Russell, Ph.D. is an associate professor and chair of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Williams College of Business at Xavier University. Zach earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a focus in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, from Florida State University. His research primarily focuses on reputation, organizational politics, and human resource policies. Zach teaches courses on negotiation and human resource management.
