In her personal life, she also reaches lofty goals: a mother and a mountain climber, she has climbed Mount Everest multiple times, including a 2015 attempt that left her trapped in a cave. Her climbs of Everest are devoted to the charity Water for Nepal, to raise money to help provide clean water.
