Kirsten Wolberg is the Chief Technology and Operations Officer at DocuSign. Kirsten has over 20 years of industry experience with broad capabilities in Technology Management, Strategy, Product and Operations. She previously worked at PayPal where she held several roles, including Vice President of Technology and Separation Executive, leading the PayPal separation program as part of the eBay/PayPal tax-free split. Kirsten also led Salesforce.com IT as Chief Information Officer. She has held several technology, product and operations roles at companies including Charles Schwab, InnoVentry, and CSC Index.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.
