Scott Case is chief information officer of SunTrust Banks, Inc. Appointed to this role in February 2018, he is responsible for SunTrust's Enterprise Information Services (EIS) division, the organizational unit that provides the company's overall technology, operations and information-related support.

Case has 25 years of experience in financial services leading transformational change and delivering innovative solutions. He initially joined SunTrust in April 2015, serving as chief technology officer for SunTrust's Consumer segment. In this role, he drove the delivery of technology solutions supporting products and services for consumer lending, mortgage, retail banking and private wealth management. In October 2017, Case became chief information officer for Ciox Health.

Prior to SunTrust, Case served in senior technology executive positions with Bank of America for 15 years, including head of technology for Europe and Asia credit card services.

Case holds a bachelor's degree in management science and marketing from the State University of New York at Geneseo and earned his MBA in finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Belk College of Business. Case is also a member of the Board of Directors for TechBridge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that works with nonprofits on the frontline of breaking the cycle of generational poverty.
