As Chief Product Officer, Param Kahlon is responsible for UiPath's RPA and AI product strategy, roadmap, and delivering the highest levels of customer value along with a team of developers. A passionate advocate for helping organizations successfully embark on their digital transformation journeys, Param has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, CRM product management, and new product introduction and innovation.
Prior to joining UiPath, Param served as Microsoft's GM of Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps for Sales, Service, Field Service, and Project Service for more than five years. Param came to Microsoft from SAP/Sybase, where he was the Vice President & General Manager for Mobile Applications Unit. Param also led Solution Management function for order management and customer service product lines at SAP. Before SAP, Param led Product Management for Siebel Customer Order Management and Siebel Field Service product lines
Param holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelors degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjabi University, India.
