Neil Green joined Otis Elevator in October 2018. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated a passion for technology and applying novel innovations to drive market disruption. As vice president of transformation and chief digital officer, Green leads the new global digital technology function, responsible for the development of the company's innovative digital business models and strategic partnerships with external partners. He is also a member of the Otis Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Otis, Green spent 24 years at Intel, where he was at the forefront of Intel's growth from a CPU and PC-centric company to a systems and datacentric company. He most recently served as president and general manager of Intel's business with the U.S. Government. Previously, Green held leadership positions in operations, product strategy and sales. His experience spans business and initiatives across North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Green's multidisciplinary and global experience, coupled with leadership in the rapidly changing technology sector, make him uniquely qualified to lead the acceleration of the wide-scale application of new technologies to Otis' operations, products and services.

He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MS in management of technology from The Wharton School of Business and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
