Marcos is the CTO of Returnly, the post-purchase payments company that enables frictionless returns for online retailers and customers. With 20+ years of software engineering experience, Marcos led machine learning initiatives and teams at Watchup, Glassdoor, and ModCloth before joining Returnly as CTO in 2015.

He received a B.S. from Columbia University in Computer Engineering and his MSIT from Carnegie Mellon University, studying e-business technology and machine learning. He currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
