Like Capital One and American Express, Chase strives to spoil its cardholders with luxury airport lounges. The Chase Sapphire Lounges by The Club offer a premium experience at select airports across the U.S.
Chase Sapphire Lounges by The Club features top-notch perks such as curated craft cocktails, locally inspired food, wellness areas, high-speed Wi-Fi and quiet workspaces, all meant to make your airport experience more enjoyable.
Unlike competitors' lounges, however, you don't necessarily need a Chase credit card to get in. Below, CNBC Select details all the ways to access Chase Sapphire Lounges by The Club, plus cards to consider if you want access to a lounge during your next trip.
Chase Sapphire Lounge locations
The first Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club opened in Hong Kong in October 2022 (and closed in January 2026), followed by the first U.S. location in Boston in May 2023. The Boston-Logan International Airport (BOS) lounge spans 11,640 square feet and features rest pods, shower rooms, massage chairs, made-to-order and ready-to-eat dishes and a taproom with local beers.
There are two Chase Sapphire Lounges in New York — one at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and another at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) that's jointly operated with Etihad Airways. The LGA lounge spans 21,800 square feet across two floors with unique amenities like a retro-inspired arcade, complimentary facial treatments and Chase's first-ever Reserve Suites. The JFK lounge is smaller at just 7,600 square feet but still boasts key features like made-to-order food, drinks and shower suites.
Additional Chase Sapphire Lounge locations that are now open include Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), San Diego International Airport (SAN), Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas. The new LAS lounge features a more compact layout at 5,390 square feet and a first-of-its-kind champagne parlor.
While not branded as a full-fledged Sapphire Lounge, Chase also manages and operates The Etihad Lounge at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). It has a similar look and feel to the Sapphire Lounges and follows the same access rules.
Here's the full list of Chase Sapphire Lounges that are currently open:
- Boston Logan International Airport (BOS): Terminal B; open daily from 5 a.m.–11 p.m.
- Harry Reid International Airport (LAS): Terminal 1; open daily from 4:30 a.m.–11 p.m.
- John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK): Terminal 4; open daily from 5 a.m.–11 p.m.
- LaGuardia Airport (LGA): Terminal B; open daily from 4:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m; reserve Suites by LGA are available for reservations
- Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): Terminal D/E Connector; open daily from 5 a.m.–10 p.m.
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): Terminal 4; open daily from 4:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m.
- San Diego International Airport (SAN): Terminal 2 West; open daily from 5:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): Concourse A; open daily from 6 a.m.–10 p.m; this is a joint Etihad and Sapphire lounge
Additional lounges are expected to open in the near future at:
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
- Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
Each Chase Sapphire Lounge® by The Club network features details and designs created especially for that particular location, primarily inspired by the city the airport is in.
You can expect signature cocktails, comfortable work and relaxation spaces, curated food and beverage menus featuring seasonal and locally inspired options, as well as airport lounge standards such as complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and plentiful power outlets.
