Dan has covered finance, politics, LGBTQ issues and travel in print, online and on television for NBC News, Newsweek, CNET, MTV, The New York Post and other major media outlets.

A native of Baltimore, Dan moved to New York to attend journalism school at New York University. He currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
