John Richardson

He was co-author of "Getting It Done" with Roger Fisher and Alan Sharp. He was co-author of "Negotiation Analysis" with Howard Raiffa and David Metcalfe. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy. He is co-author of "Never Settle: Persuasion and Negotiation Skills to Get What You Want" with University of Michigan Professor Attia Qureshi.
