Alexandra Winokur joined the LVMH Group as Deputy CEO, North America in March 2026 after serving as President, Americas for Christian Dior Couture for three years. Prior to joining Dior, Alex held the role of Senior Vice President, Commercial for Cartier North America, leading all commercial activities in the US and Canada, including all sales channels, the High Jewelry and Fragrance business units and supporting corporate functions. Before that, she was with Tiffany & Co., as Group Vice President, North America Retail and with Marc Jacobs International as General Manager, Collection Accessories. Alex previously held several regional vice president posts at Louis Vuitton Americas, before becoming Vice President, Client Experience and Digital.
Alex began her career as a financial analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Co., before becoming an associate at the Guggenheim investment and advisory firm in 2003, where she spearheaded the launch of Tory Burch LLC on behalf of the company's founders. Alex remained there through the end of 2008, overseeing a number of functions, culminating in her position as Vice President, Boutiques.
Alex graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in Art History and French. She remains passionate about art, design and Duke basketball, and she spends much of her spare time playing and watching tennis.
