Future of the Quad alliance is unclear, says Kugelman

Michael Kugelman, Senior Fellow, South Asia, at the Atlantic Council says President Donald Trump might travel to India to attend the Quad Summit later in the year if he had something big to announce, such as the US-India trade deal. He also adds that such a visit by Trump would aid India-U.S. ties.
