Iran war a 'speed bump' for GCC growth, says former Bahrain industry minister

Zayed Alzayani, the Chairman of Alzayani Investments and the former Bahrain minister of industry, commerce and tourism, remains positive on the investment picture in the Gulf. Speaking to CNBC's Dan Murphy at the sidelines of the Citi Pan-Asia conference, Alzayani says that "fundamentals are still very strong in the Gulf" and adds that the GCC remains a "very sound proposition" for investors.
