ADNOC and L'IMAD step into $30 billion global infrastructure partnership

A global investor group including Abu Dhabi’s L'IMAD and ADNOC is launching a $30 billion infrastructure push across the Gulf and Central Asia, targeting long-term, stable returns. The consortium includes BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners and Singapore’s Temasek, and plans to raise a combination of equity and debt capital.
