Apis Partners closes latest $1.23 billion fund

Private equity group, Apis Partners has announced the close of its latest $1.23 billion dollar fund, with the aim of investing in financial technology and services businesses. Apis co-founder and managing partner Matteo Stefanel joins Karen and Ben around the Squawk Box Europe desk to discuss his investment philosophy, as well as broader investment trends around fintech and stablecoins.
