Fuel, food, and fertilizer are top of mind at ASEAN meetings: Philippine Chamber of Commerce

George Barcelon, Chairman Emeritus of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, says he hopes members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations can work together to navigate the fuel crisis stemming from the Iran conflict. He also says the region should consider building up oil reserves in case food, fuel, or fertilizers are weaponized in the future.
