A lot of China chip stocks are overvalued: Morningstar

Lorraine Tan of Morningstar says many Chinese chip stocks may be overvalued despite their recent strong performance, as profitability has yet to materialize. She instead points to “green shoots” in China’s consumer sector, where she sees greater upside potential.
