Taro Kono: ‘We’ve placed too much burden on the US’; Asia must do more on defence

Japan's Former Defence Minister and current member of its House of representatives, Taro Kono also warns that in addition to bolstering the nation's defense apparatus, it must re-think its energy and food supply chains which remain vulnerable.
