USD overvalued, Kenneth Rogoff sees another 15-20% downside

Kenneth Rogoff, Maurits C. Boas Professor at Harvard University discusses the U.S. dollar's decline and the likelihood of the Chinese yuan becoming a global reserve currency. The former IMF chief economist also says there will be a resurgence in euro-denominated debt, and that the United States' fiscal policy is "probably unsustainable".
