Central banks might be forced into a 'tyrannical position' due to the Iran war: Mizuho Bank

Vishnu Varathan of Mizuho Bank says the markets cannot get "prematurely euphoric" about any potential deal between the U.S. and Iran as there would be lingering adverse effects due to the war where central banks have no choice but to impose short-term economic harm for the sake of currency stability.
