Estonia Foreign Min: Hungary and Orbán threaten Europe's security

Estonia’s Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna tells CNBC he hopes Hungary will take a new political path on Europe and Ukraine following this weekend’s national elections. Tsahkna says Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s close ties to Russia pose a security risk to the European Union.
