Freedom of navigation or toll fees? Trump's definition of an 'open' Strait of Hormuz is unclear

Steve Okun, CEO of APAC Advisory, says Trump doesn't recognize that the U.S. does not hold all the cards in determining when the war in Iran concludes, but ultimately this is irrelevant economically as compared to the question of whether Iran has de-facto control over the Strait of Hormuz. He also says there is "absolutely no political will" in the U.S. for American boots on the ground, but the odds that this happens continues to be at least 50/50.
