Trump deploys ICE agents to airports as DHS shutdown continues

The Department of Homeland Security remains shut down more than a month after its Congressional funding expired. Lawmakers have not yet reached an agreement to fund the department which houses immigration and customs enforcement, or travel security. CNBC’s Emily Wilkins and Leslie Josephs report.
