Meta's struggle to win over AI enterprise customers

Following Meta's acquisition of Manus at the end of 2025, some of the AI startup's customers bailed due to longstanding concerns about the new parent company. Meta has struggled to develop a consistent strategy as it competes with OpenAI, Google and Anthropic in the market for AI models. And outside of advertising, Meta has struggled in several areas where it's tried to crack the enterprise. CNBC's Julia Boorstin has the story.
