Implementing AI won't solve Baidu's main issue of declining search traffic: Analyst

Eric Wen, head of research at Blue Lotus Research Institute, believes applying AI to Baidu's declining search business will not solve the company's problems. He says Baidu has a history of failing to capitalize on its early leadership in various products and that it is not a good idea for the company to try to create a closed-loop system of product and platform.
