Euronext CEO: Open to stock market consolidation, including with London

Euronext CEO Stéphane Boujnah says he is open to greater consolidation among Europe's stock exchanges, a proposal championed by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. Speaking to CNBC, Boujnah says his business has aggregated the trading and order book platform that could potentially form the basis for a single European exchange, and hints at whether or not he would see the London Stock Exchange as part of such a company.
