India has done a 'phenomenal' job in promoting the use of low-carbon energy: SMBC

Luca Tonello, chair of energy and infrastructure Asia Pacific at SMBC, says that institutional investors have been allocating more capital into Indian infrastructure projects, and that the Indian government has played a role in this success by simplifying the bureaucracy and permitting of these projects.
