No lockdown on rare earths in Malaysia, supply chain open to all - Trade Minister

Tengku Zafrul Aziz, Malaysian Minister of Investment, Trade & Industry tells CNBC's JP Ong that while Malaysia has restrictions on raw rare earths sales, it is not curbing exports of processed rare earths and will not limit investments in the supply chain of the critical minerals.
