US and China should 'get along and act in harmony' on strategic sectors: Lobbyist

Aaron Cutler of Hogan Lovells says it'd be more beneficial for US and China to work together especially in critical sectors like rare earths and semiconductors. Following the U.S.-Nippon Steel merger, he sees the US government taking part more actively in other sectors as well.
