Trump administration has shown 'incredible courage' in their approach to critical minerals: NioCorp

Mark Smith, executive chairman and CEO of critical minerals mining company NioCorp, says that he is seeing light at the end of the tunnel with regards to the company's loan application with the US Export-Import Bank, and that the company will have to be flexible and do what it takes, whether it means being open to the government taking an equity stake in the company or providing loans.
