Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano, says he expects that there will be a "really good" regulatory framework for crypto within 2-3 years of the GENIUS and CLARITY Acts being passed regardless of which political party is in power in the US, and that the stability brought to the crypto market with the entrance of large traditional financial institutions is a good thing overall.
