U.K. needs to focus on attracting retail investors to lift IPOs: Deutsche Bank

Henrik Johnsson, global co-head capital markets at Deutsche Bank, told CNBC that the U.K. needs to reform its policies on incentivising investors to take part in stocks rather than hold capital in cash. Johnsson also pointed out that executive remuneration remains a topic of concern for some companies considering a stock market listing.
