Lidar maker Hesai CEO on staying competitive despite US tariff costs

China's Hesai is the world's leading LiDAR supplier for cars. CEO David Li says US tariffs are a cost of doing business – and that the burden of that additional cost is a 'negotiation' as information and regulations change. He also says supply chain maneuvers are a key part of staying competitive.
