Ed Price, senior non-resident fellow at New York University, says that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit seems like "the hard launch of Chinese soft power", and that China could not have dreamed of a better moment or global stage. He suggests that if China, Russia and India gets together in any form of economic and military alliance, there will be no way that America can compete with them.
