How On creates its spray-on running shoes

Swiss sneaker company On is trying to reinvent the running shoe through an unconventional manufacturing technique it calls LightSpray. In a three-minutes process, a synthetic material called polymer is sprayed onto a rotating robot arm, creating a shoe with no seams or laces.
