Student loan default collection restarting

Student loan borrowers who are in default on their payments could soon see money taken out of their paychecks, tax refunds or Social Security checks. More than 5 million borrowers are in default on those loans and that number could soon grow as the government restarts collecting payments after a 5 year pause. CNBC's senior personal finance correspondent Sharon Epperson explains.
