37-year-old retiree shares the two things you should know before retiring early

Grant Sabatier set a goal for himself in 2010, earn $1 million and retire as early as possible. After increasing his income to more than $300,000 per year, Sabatier hit the mark at 30, joining the "Financial Independence, Retire Early," or FIRE, movement. Today, Sabatier spends his time teaching others how to make, save and invest more money to live a life they love. Although early retirement may sound promising, Grant advises there are two things you should know before setting out on this path.
