Nor-easter brings 9 to 13 inches of snow to New York City

Winter storm warnings and advisories have been issued for most of the states in the Northeast. Below Washington there will be rain while areas above will get snow throughout the night. New York City could see anywhere from 9 to 13 inches of snow, and power outages are expected. Today show co-host Al Roker joins Shep Smith to discuss.
