The U.S. is making 'a big mistake' in restricting immigration of students: Yale University

The United States is a nation of immigrants, and its economic strength and robust democracy especially benefits from "high-skilled, highly-talented" overseas students attending our universities, says Richard Levin, president emeritus of Yale University. He also says that the U.S.'s policy response is currently "nowhere near enough" in helping its workforce to transition into the digital economy adequately.
