Roberto Sallouti is the Chief Executive Officer of BTG Pactual and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined the bank in 1994 as a fixed income trader and, subsequently, was the head of the bank's domestic and international fixed income trading desks. Mr. Sallouti was named a partner in 1998, and became the firm's Chief Operating Officer in 2008. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Mr. Sallouti is also a member of the Board of Directors of Febraban, the Brazilian banking association, Mercado Livre and Banco Pan. He holds a degree in Economics, with specializations in finance and marketing, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
