Mary Barra

Mary Barra has been the chief executive officer of General Motors since 2014. She has overseen the company's electric vehicle initiatives and was also elected chair of the GM Board of Directors in 2016. Prior to taking on her role as an automotive industry leader, Barra worked on teams that oversaw the design and engineering of GM vehicle launches worldwide.
