Jim Farley

Jim Farley has been the chief executive officer of Ford Motor since 2020. Under his leadership, the company was reorganized into three divisions: Ford Blue, for traditional gas and hybrid vehicles; Ford Model e, for electric vehicles; and Ford Pro, for the commercial business. Farley is on the board of directors for Ford and Harley-Davidson. He has been at Ford since 2007 and was at Toyota Motor before that.
