As CEO of DHL Group, Dr. Tobias Meyer is responsible for the global management of the world's leading logistics company. In addition, to his role as CEO, he is responsible for the Global Business Services (GBS) division. Tobias Meyer joined the company in 2013 as Executive Vice President Corporate Development. From 2015, he was part of the leadership team at DHL Global Forwarding, serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the division. Subsequently, in 2019, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Management, assuming leadership of the Post & Parcel Germany division.
Prior to joining DPDHL Group, Tobias Meyer was a Partner at McKinsey & Company Inc., primarily based in Frankfurt am Main and from 2005 to 2008 in Singapore. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and the University of Illinois in the USA. Furthermore, he holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. He is a German citizen, married, and has three sons.
