Here's what CNBC TV's producers were watching during Monday's volatile trading, and what's on the radar for the next session. Kohl's reports before the bell The retailer reports before the bell on " Squawk Box " with Becky Quick, Joe Kernen and Andrew Ross Sorkin. The stock has fallen around 37% in the past three months. Kohl's is down 41% from the December high. KSS 3M mountain Kohl's in the past three months Oracle reports after the bell Oracle 's earnings report will come out during " Closing Bell: Overtime " with Melissa Lee and Mike Santoli. The stock has lost more than 31% in the past three months. Shares are off 56% from the September high. CNBC TV's Seema Mody will report on Oracle's data center and artificial intelligence transformation as she take a big look at what's ahead for the company. Existing home sales The numbers will be released at 10 a.m. ET, and CNBC's Diana Olick will have them as soon as they come out. In the past month, PulteGroup , Toll Brothers , Taylor Morrison , Hovnanian and DR Horton have all fallen. However, the shares of these companies are positive year to date. Pulte and Toll are both up around 8% so far this year. Hovnanian is up 12% in 2026. Taylor Morrison is up more than 3% year to date, and DR Horton is up more than 2%. HOV YTD mountain Hovanian Enterprises in 2026 Boeing The airplane maker will release orders and deliveries data at 11a.m. CNBC TV's Phil LeBeau will have the numbers as they cross and the stock's reaction. Boeing has fallen 8% in the last month. The stock is down 11.5% from the January high. However, shares have gained more than 45% in the past 12 months. Oil and oil stocks since the war began March 1 was the first day of trading after the attacks on Iran began. Since then, West Texas Intermediate crude oil has gained 27%. Brent has added 24%. ExxonMobil has fallen around 1% in that period. Chevron has advanced 1.4%. ConocoPhillips has risen 3%. @CL.1 1M mountain West Texas Intermediate Crude in the past month The S & P 500, Dow and Nasdaq Despite the recent volatility, the Nasdaq Composite has been pretty flat since the war began. The Dow Industrials has lost 2.5%. The S & P 500 is down about 1%. The markets and oil appear to be moving on every piece of news.
