Nelson Peltz's Trian Fund Management has bought up a big stake in DuPont.
But when asked for details about the stake in DuPont at CNBC's Delivering Alpha conference, he declined to speak more about it.

"You asked me in the green room about 10 minutes ago: 'If you say DuPont, what comes to mind." Remember what I told you? I said: 'Paint.' That's all you're going to get today," Peltz said.
Shares of DuPont closed up 5.3 percent at $57.25.
